Hilton - The Hotel That Owns the Chain

In 1943 Hilton Hotels became the first American coast to coast hotel chain. Its marketing is focus on business travel but have several leisure-oriented hotels and resorts as well. The chain reached a total of 229 Hilton branded hotels all over the world as of April 2007. Below are a few of its world-class hotels and resorts scattered in every major cities of the globe:

Hilton Hotel Prague is suitably situated on the right bank of the Vltava River. It has 788 rooms under 3 classes – Executive, Business and Standard. It has a brand new Grand Ballroom that can accommodate a maximum of 650 guests.

The Waldorf Hilton is made of Portland stone and Aberdeen granite. It has 299 air-conditioned guestrooms with plasma-screen TV and satellite connections. It is home to famous Homage Grand Salon Restaurant that features Louis XVI style.
